Title: Vet Assistant
Hi, I am Savanna and I love my job at Cascade East Veterinary clinic because I am helping animals. I particularly enjoy being in the operating room assisting with surgeries.
I have quite a lot of animals at home including Moo my kitty, 2 dogs Yonah and Addy, Rosie my horse and 32 head of sheep. In my free time I attend sheep shows and volleyball, basketball games, as well as track meets.
When I have the time you will find me riding my horse or out hunting!
Title: Veterinary Technician
Hello, I am Karen. I am a Licensed Veterinarian Technician here at Cascade East Veterinary Clinic and my favorite part about working here is the interactions with both clients and staff. Everyday at work is different and I never know what the next task will be from surgeries to vaccinations.
At home, I have my own assorted herd of pets including Ninja my dog, Buddy the cat, Harris the horse and Henry the goat!
When I am not work you will catch me fishing or swimming in the summer, working on my garden or spending time with my horses. I also am very involved with my grandchildren and attend as many of their sporting events as I can.
Title: Receptionist
Howdy, I am Ariana. I am a receptionist here at Cascade East Veterinary Clinic and love my job. Everyday I get to check in our clients, meeting new people and seeing a variety of their furry/scaly/hairy companions.
At home I have my own companion Shaggy, he is my mixed breed designer dog.
If I am not in the office I try to spend my time camping or whipping something up in the kitchen. I also capitalize on every moment I can playing my Shags.
Title: Kennel Operations
Greetings! I am Kayla. When I walk in the doors of Cascade East veterinary Clinic, I help make sure all of our patients are housed, fed and comfortable during their stay here. I love the interactions and variety of animals I get to see on a daily basis.
I have my own kennel of friends at home. I have 2 tortoises Tilly and Violet, my canine friend Levi and 10 chickens!
During my free time I love to go hiking or camping, or curling up in front of a good movie.

Preventive medicine is the best defense against health issues down the road.
We have our own in-house pharmacy, and we carry a large supply of Royal Canin and Hill's Science Diet Prescription Diet foods
Cascade East Veterinary Clinic employs an experienced, dedicated staff who are working towards a fear free practice. They have devoted their careers to providing pets with the best possible care.
The best way to make sure your pet is doing well is a twice-yearly check up and consultation. This preventive measure helps ensure your pet’s well being. It helps us identify health conditions early so we may extend and enhance the quality and duration of your pet’s life. During these visits, we evaluate the risks specific to your pet’s breed, age, and environment. We then recommend the appropriate tests, treatments, diets, and vaccinations that your pet needs.
In addition to semi-annual check ups, we can also help you maintain optimum oral health for your dogs and cats. Dental health is important because a pet with dental disease might feel pain while eating, have bad breath, and it can be seriously affecting many major internal organs. We provide dental cleaning services, extracting problem teeth, and provide consultation and supplies for home dental health care.
We have an onsite lab where we can perform routine diagnostic and health screening blood work, urine analysis, and other testing. More extensive and specialized testing is readily available to us through many regional labs. We also have cold laser therapy available for post op care and arthritis relief as well as many other medical applications.
Cascade East Veterinary Clinic provides routine spay and neuter plus many other major and minor surgeries including skin and other soft tissue procedures and orthopedic surgeries. Our staff monitoring during anesthesia and recovery, with state of the art anesthesia and monitoring equipment, makes sure that your pet will always be comfortable before, during, and after any procedure. In addition, we also have a referral network to veterinary specialists.
Diets we carry include Hills® Science Diet®, Hills® Prescription Diet® and Royal Canin® Prescription Diets. We also have various different types of dog and cat treats, which include, Hills® Treats, and Greenies® for strong dental health.
We carry over the counter as well as prescription medications that may be needed for the proper care of you pet. We carry Bravecto®, which offers long lasting water-resistant flea and tick control for three consecutive months. We have an extensive pharmacy of medications to help your mature pet with arthritis pain, as well as non-prescription supplements for arthritis. Anything your companion animal needs, we will try to provide it for your pet.
We also provide a boarding service for your pet from daycare through extended, long term stays. When you leave your pet with us, we will make sure that they have the best care. The animals are boarded inside the clinic and are fed, walked and watered as much as you indicate daily. We offer a Sunday release if arranged ahead for your pet pick-up between 4pm and 5pm. This way you can feel comfortable leaving your pet with us and not having to worry while you are away.
